Privacy policy

Kente HQ operates Invoice Collector, No-Show Recovery, Gatekeeper, Gift Ledger and Zoning Watchdog. This policy explains what we collect across them.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the data you put into a product to make it work (for example invoices, waitlists, deliverables or keyword alerts), billing records from our payment processor, and basic technical logs to keep the service secure.

How we use it

Only to run the product you signed up for, support you, bill you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Hosting on our own servers in the European Union; email by Resend; subscription billing by Dodo Payments; in-product payments by Paystack where a product offers them; messaging by Meta (WhatsApp) or Twilio where a product sends messages; file storage by Cloudflare. Each receives only what it needs.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@kentehq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
