Terms of service

These terms apply to every Kente HQ product. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for having the right to any data you upload or messages you send through our products.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products for spam, fraud, unlawful content, or to message people who have not agreed to hear from you. We may suspend accounts that put our users or providers at risk.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for subscriptions, and its terms also apply to your purchase. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Availability

We work hard to keep the products running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
