Refund policy

Last updated 4 October 2026. Each product also publishes its own policy with product-specific details.

Every product has a free plan so you can try it before paying.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you were charged by mistake or the product did not work for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
